产品介绍:Anti-Human CD20 & CD3 epsilon Bispecific Reference Antibody (Besnotamig, RUO)HY257086 是艾必赛生物(abinScience)推出的人源化双特异性 T 细胞接合参照抗体(人 IgG),可同时靶向 B 细胞表面的 CD20T 细胞受体复合物中的 CD3ε,用作 CD20×CD3 双抗药物开发、PK/ADA 方法建立及 T 细胞接合功能 assay 的阳性/药物参照质控工具。该抗体在哺乳动物细胞中表达,经 Protein A/G 纯化,纯度 >95%SDS-PAGE),以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中;短期 4°C12 周),长期建议 -20°C(≤12 个月)/ -80°C 避反复冻融使用,应用于 ELISAFACSFunctional assay 等。(RUO,仅限科研/非临床用途)

CD20×CD3 双特异性抗体是当下 B 细胞恶性肿瘤治疗最具突破性的方向之一:抗体一端结合 B 细胞上的 CD20MS4A1),另一端结合 T 细胞 CD3ε,从而将 T 细胞与肿瘤细胞物理桥联,触发 TCR 下游信号、T 细胞活化与增殖,并释放穿孔素/颗粒酶等效应分子杀伤 CD20+ 恶性 B 细胞。Besnotamig 所属的 CD20/CD3 双抗赛道已有 MosunetuzumabGlofitamabEpcoritamabOdronextamab 等多款药物获批用于复发/难治性 B 细胞淋巴瘤,验证了该靶点对滤泡性淋巴瘤、弥漫大 B 细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)等适应症的高效性。
