产品介绍：AntiEbolavirus GP/Glycoprotein Reference Antibody (Ansuvimab, RUO)｜VK623076是艾必赛生物（abinScience）推出的人源化单克隆参照抗体（人 IgG1kappa），靶向扎伊尔埃博拉病毒（Zaire ebolavirus）的包膜糖蛋白 GP，可作为埃博拉病毒血清学/功能性 assay 的阳性/药物参照质控工具。该抗体在哺乳动物细胞中表达**，糖基化更接近天然构象，经 Protein A/G 纯化，纯度 >95%（SDSPAGE），以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4中；短期 4°C（1–2 周），长期建议 -20°C（≤12 个月）/ -80°C避反复冻融使用。（RUO，仅限科研/非临床用途）

扎伊尔埃博拉病毒是最常见且致死率最高的埃博拉病毒种（病死率可高达约 50% 甚至更高），基因组为单股负链 RNA，归类于丝状病毒科。人际传播主要依赖接触患者/死者血液及体液/污染物；病程早期以高热、全身痛、胃肠道症状为主，重症可出现血管内损伤、凝血紊乱、多器官衰竭及出血。病毒表面GP（GP1,2）三聚体刺突负责与宿主受体通路（如 NPC1 相关途径）介导附着—内吞—膜融合并完成入侵，因此是中和抗体、药物与疫苗研发的核心靶点。
