IL11RAIL-11 的特异性受体亚基,归属于 I 型细胞因子受体家族;IL-11 与其结合后招募 gp130 共同信号亚基,形成功能性受体复合物并激活 JAK-STAT 等信号通路,广泛参与造血支持、巨核细胞分化与血小板生成、骨代谢调节、肠道上皮保护、组织修复与胚胎发育等生物学过程。近年研究进一步表明,IL11RA 在成纤维细胞、平滑肌细胞、肝/胰腺星状细胞等多种基质细胞中高表达,IL-11 信号通路已被确认为纤维化(尤其是心肌与组织纤维化)的关键驱动因素之一,使其成为抗炎、抗纤维化药物研发的重要靶点。本品为大动物(犬)模型的 IL-11/IL11RA 通路研究、抗体/小分子药物筛选及体外受体-配体互作实验提供天然构象更接近生理状态的犬源蛋白工具。
