产品介绍：HTNV Gn Antibody Pair Set (VK646908) 是艾必赛生物（abinScience）推出的汉坦病毒（Hantaan virus, HTNV）Gn 糖蛋白夹心 ELISA 抗体对套装，包含捕获抗体与生物素（Biotin）标记的检测抗体各一支（规格 100 μg 捕获抗体 & 50 μL 检测抗体），试剂用量至少可完成 1×96 孔板检测，配套用于 HTNV Gn 抗原/病毒样颗粒的定量夹心 ELISA 方法搭建。该产品以液体形式保存：捕获抗体溶于 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4；生物素化检测抗体溶于 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4，含 50% 甘油。频繁使用建议 2–8°C 存放，长期保存请置于 -20°C 或 -80°C 并避免反复冻融。（RUO，仅限科研/非临床用途）

汉坦病毒（HTNV）归属布尼亚病毒目汉坦病毒科正汉坦病毒属，是一类有包膜的单股负链 RNA 病毒，由 L、M、S 三个 RNA 片段构成，是亚洲地区肾综合征出血热（HFRS）的主要病原，全球超 90% 的 HFRS 病例发生在中国，病死率约 1%–15%。人类感染主要经吸入被带毒鼠类（黑线姬鼠等）排泄物污染的气溶胶，或接触其唾液、尿液、粪便所致；典型临床经过表现为发热、出血、肾损害三大主征，病程可依次出现发热期、低血压休克期、少尿期、多尿期和恢复期。病毒包膜表面由 Gn 与 Gc 异源二聚体构成穗状刺突，其中 Gn 糖蛋白负责与宿主 β3 整合素等受体结合、介导病毒附着与内吞，是病毒入侵的关键分子，也是中和抗体识别与疫苗设计的核心靶点。
