产品介绍:Anti-SFTSV Antibody Pair Set (VK662908) 是艾必赛生物(abinScience)推出的SFTSV 抗体对套装,包含 Capture 与 Biotin 标记的 Detection 两株抗体,专为 Sandwich ELISA(夹心 ELISA) 定量检测发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒(SFTSV)而设计,可作为 SFTSV 血清学筛查、病毒载量测定及疫苗/药物评价中的标准检测试剂对照。该抗体对经配对优化,检测范围 9.38–600 ng/mL,灵敏度低至 2.21 ng/mL,规格为 Capture 100 μg & Detection 50 μL(可供 ≥1 块 96 孔板);Capture 与 Detection 抗体均以液体形式保存于 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4,Detection 抗体中含 50% 甘油;频繁使用 2–8°C,长期建议 -20 至 -80°C 避反复冻融(For Research Use Only,仅限科研/非临床用途)。
SFTSV(Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome Virus,发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒)是 2009 年在我国首次发现的蜱传白纤病毒科班达病毒属病原(ICTV 2019 年命名为 Bandavirus dabieense),基因组为分节段负链 RNA(L/M/S 三节段),经长角血蜱叮咬传播,也可通过接触患者血液/分泌物人际传播;感染后出现持续高热、血小板减少、白细胞下降、胃肠症状,重症可进展为多器官衰竭,病死率可达约 30%,已被 WHO 列为十大优先防控传染病之一。病毒表面由 Gn 与 Gc 两个刺突糖蛋白组成包膜突起——Gn 负责受体识别与附着,Gc 介导内体膜融合,二者是中和抗体与疫苗研发的核心靶标,其中 Gn 更是主要抗原表位富集区。
