产品介绍：Anti-Human Complement C5b-9 Complex Recombinant Antibody (aE11#, RUO)｜HA990107是艾必赛生物（abinScience）推出的小鼠源单克隆重组参照抗体（小鼠 IgG2a-kappa，克隆号 aE11#），靶向人补体 C5b-9 复合物（膜攻击复合物 MAC），可作为补体激活检测、免疫复合物沉积分析及流式/组化 assay 的阳性/参照质控工具。该抗体经 Protein A/G 从细胞培养上清中纯化，纯度 >95%（SDS-PAGE），以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中；短期 4°C（1–2 周），长期建议 -20°C（≤12 个月）/ -80°C 避反复冻融使用，适用于 ELISA、FCM、IHC、WB。（RUO，仅限科研/非临床用途）

C5b-9 复合物（膜攻击复合物，MAC） 是补体系统终末效应通路的核心执行单元：C5 被裂解为 C5a 与 C5b 后，依次招募 C6、C7、C8 并聚合多个 C9 亚基，在靶细胞膜上形成穿膜孔道。它可介导不可逆的渗透性损伤与细胞溶解，同时也参与非裂解性的信号调控（如血小板活化、炎症因子释放、内皮损伤）。在人体内，C5b-9 沉积常见于肾小球肾炎、血管炎、血栓性微血管病、移植排斥及自身免疫病组织损伤中，因此也是补体靶向药物（如抗 C5/C5a 疗法）药效评价与病理机制研究的关键标志靶点。
