产品介绍：InVivoMAb Anti-ZEBOV GP/Envelope glycoprotein Antibody (6D8, VK623040) 是艾必赛生物（abinScience）推出的人源单克隆抗体（人 IgG1?kappa，克隆号 6D8），靶向扎伊尔埃博拉病毒（Zaire ebolavirus, strain Mayinga?76）的包膜糖蛋白 GP，可覆盖 ELISA、IP、中和（Neutralization）、WB 等多种应用，作为 ZEBOV GP 检测的阳性参照及体内外实验用抗体。在哺乳动物细胞中表达，经 Protein A/G 纯化，纯度 >95%（SDS?PAGE），以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中；短期 4°C（1–2 周），长期建议 -20°C（≤12 个月）/ -80°C 避反复冻融。（RUO，仅限科研/非临床用途）

扎伊尔埃博拉病毒是致死率最高的埃博拉病毒种（病死率可达 ~50% 以上），基因组为单股负链 RNA，属丝状病毒科，人际传播以接触患者/死者血液、体液及污染物为主，重症可进展为多器官衰竭与出血。病毒表面 GP（GP1,2）三聚体刺突介导附着—内吞—膜融合入侵过程（涉及 NPC1 等宿主途径），是中和抗体、药物与疫苗研发的核心靶点，也是本抗体的识别与功能验证对象。
