产品介绍:Recombinant BDBV VP30, N-His (VK060012) 是艾必赛生物(abinScience)推出的邦迪布焦埃博拉病毒(Bundibugyo ebolavirus, BDBV)重组 VP30 蛋白,N 端带 6×His 标签,大肠杆菌表达,覆盖 Gln135His289,经 IMACNi 柱)纯化,纯度 >90%SDS-PAGE),以冻干粉形式保存在 PBS pH 7.4 + 1 mM EDTA + 4% 海藻糖 + 1% 甘露醇 中,重悬后常规 28°C,长期 -20 -80°C 避反复冻融(≤12 个月)。适用于 ELISA、免疫原、WB 等方法,bioactivity 验证进行中。(RUO,仅限科研/非临床用途)

 

VP30 是丝状病毒核衣壳复合体的转录激活因子,与 NPVP35 协同调控病毒基因组转录/复制开关,是埃博拉病毒转录机制研究与抗病毒筛选的关键靶蛋白。BDBV 2007 年于乌干达邦迪布焦地区首次分离的埃博拉病毒种,归类丝状病毒科、单股负链 RNA 病毒,病死率约 50%,人际传播同样依赖接触患者/死者血液、体液及污染物;作为仅次于扎伊尔型的致死毒株,其核蛋白(NP/VP30/VP35)重组抗原是 BDBV 血清学检测、疫苗/药物评价中常用的阳性参照与免疫原材料,VK060012 截短表达(19.84 kDa)、His 标签便于纯化与包被,适合搭建 BDBV 相关 assay
