产品介绍:Anti-HBsAg Reference Antibody (Tobevibart, RUO)|VK539056 是艾必赛生物(abinScience)推出的人源化单克隆参照抗体(人 IgG1-lambda),靶向乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)大包膜蛋白/乙肝表面抗原 S/L-HBsAg/L glycoprotein,种属反应性为 HBV genotype A,可作为乙肝血清学检测、PK/PD 研究、ADA 及功能性 assay(ELISA / FACS / functional assay / 体内研究)的阳性/药物参照质控工具。该抗体在哺乳动物细胞中表达,糖基化更接近天然构象,经 Protein A/G 纯化,纯度 >95%(SDS-PAGE),以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中;短期 2–8°C 用于频繁取用,长期建议 -20°C 至 -80°C(自收货日起 ≤12 个月)避反复冻融使用。(RUO,仅限科研/非临床用途)
HBV 大包膜蛋白(HBsAg)约 42 kDa,以"外部 Le-HBsAg"与"内部 Li-HBsAg"两种拓扑构象存在:外部构象负责将病毒附着于宿主细胞受体,决定种属特异性和肝嗜性,并诱导病毒粒子主要通过 caveolin 介导的内吞作用进入细胞;同时介导病毒膜与内体膜的融合,因此是乙肝病毒感染、预防性疫苗及抗病毒/免疫疗法研发的核心靶点。
Tobevibart(2645440-65-7)作为靶向 HBsAg 的研究级参照抗体,凭借哺乳动物表达体系带来的天然糖基化模式,适用于乙肝相关受体结合阻断、病毒进入抑制、血清 HBsAg 清除等机制研究,以及抗体药物临床前 PK、免疫原性(ADA)与功能性实验的方法学搭建。
