产品介绍:Anti-HBV S/L-HBsAg/L glycoprotein Recombinant Antibody (G10)VK539033 是艾必赛生物(abinScience)推出的人源单克隆抗体(人 IgG1),克隆号 G10,靶向乙肝病毒(HBV)的大包膜蛋白 S / L-HBsAg / L glycoprotein,表位覆盖 preS1 区域,可识别 LHBs preS1 构象,适用于 流式细胞术(FCM) 与 表面等离子共振(SPR) 分析。该抗体经 Protein A/G 纯化,SDS-PAGE 纯度 >95%,以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中;短期 4°C12 周),长期 -20°C12 个月)/ -80°C 保存,避免反复冻融。(RUO,仅限科研/非临床用途)

HBV 大包膜蛋白(LHBs) 是 HBV 包膜的重要组成部分,preS1 结构域(尤其是 N 248 aa)通过与肝细胞表面的牛磺胆酸钠共转运多肽(NTCP)特异性、不可逆结合,介导病毒附着—内吞—膜融合从而完成入侵,是 HBV 感染起始的关键步骤,也是中和抗体与入胞抑制剂(如 Bulevirtide)的核心靶点。由于 LHBs 在不同感染阶段及抗病毒治疗响应中的动态变化,其检测在慢性乙肝分期、抗病毒疗效预测、HBsAg 定量及中和抗体筛选中具有重要价值。G10 作为靶向 preS1/L-HBsAg 的人源 IgG1 单抗,可在流式平台上检测 HBV 感染模型或病毒样颗粒表面的 HBsAg 表达,也可通过 SPR 评估其与 HBsAg/preS1 肽段的结合动力学,是 HBV 基础研究、血清学检测与方法学开发中的科研级参照试剂。
