产品介绍:Anti-Human CLDN18.2 Reference Antibody (Infutatug, RUO)HX126076 是艾必赛生物(abinScience)推出的科研级 CLDN18.2 参照/参考抗体,靶向人 Claudin-18.2CLDN18.2UniProt P56856),可作为 CLDN18.2 抗体药物、双抗/ADC/CAR-T 研发中的阳性参照、PK/ADA 方法开发及 FACS/ELISA/功能性 assay 质控工具。产品按 abinScience CLDN18/CLDN18.2 参考抗体系列常规工艺制备:哺乳动物细胞表达、糖基化更接近天然构象,经 Protein A/G 纯化,SDS-PAGE 纯度 >95%;液体形式保存于 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4(具体缓冲以 56290 产品页/批次 COA 为准),常用 28°C,长期建议 -20°C -80°C、手动除霜冰箱保存、避免反复冻融,自收货起 ≤12 个月。(RUO,仅限科研/非临床用途)

CLDN18.2 是紧密连接蛋白 Claudin-18 的胃型剪接异构体,正常主要局限于分化胃黏膜上皮,在胃癌、胃食管结合部腺癌、胰腺癌等实体瘤中可异常高表达并暴露于细胞表面,因此成为继 HER2 之后消化道肿瘤的重要靶点。 靶向路径覆盖单克隆抗体(如佐妥昔单抗 Zolbetuximab,已用于 CLDN18.2 阳性、HER2 阴性晚期胃癌一线)、双特异性抗体、ADCCAR-T 等; HX126076 可作为这些管线做受体结合、流式染色、功能中和/竞争、免疫原性对照的科研级参考抗体
