产品介绍:近期,我国首次发生输入性南非1型(SAT1)口蹄疫疫情,该血清型为非洲特有毒株,与我国长期流行的 O 型、A 型、亚洲 1 型等毒株在基因组、衣壳结构、抗原蛋白组成及表位构象上存在本质区别,不同血清型间无交叉免疫保护,现有常规疫苗无法提供有效保护。

Recombinant FMDV (SAT-1) VP1 Protein, N-His (VK500132)是武汉艾必赛生物科技有限公司(abinScience)推出的一款高纯度、高免疫原性的重组病毒蛋白。该产品为口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)南非1型(SAT-1)的衣壳蛋白VP1,携带N端组氨酸(His)标签,采用大肠杆菌系统表达并纯化。VP1蛋白是口蹄疫病毒的主要衣壳蛋白和关键抗原,负责病毒与宿主细胞受体的结合,并能诱导机体产生中和抗体,是研究病毒致病机制、开发诊断试剂及亚单位疫苗的核心原料。
