产品介绍:InVivoMAb Anti-SEBOV/ZEBOV GP/Envelope glycoprotein Antibody (Iv0198)|VK623050 是艾必赛生物(abinScience)推出的人源单克隆抗体(人 IgG),靶向扎伊尔埃博拉病毒(ZEBOV, strain Mayinga-76)与苏丹埃博拉病毒(SEBOV, Gulu/2000)的包膜糖蛋白 GP,可同时交叉识别两种高危埃博亚型,适用于 ELISA、流式(FCM)及中和实验(Neutralization),也可作为体内(In Vivo)研究级抗体使用。该抗体经 Protein A/G 纯化,纯度 >95%(SDS-PAGE),以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中;短期 4°C(1–2 周),长期建议 -20°C(≤12 个月)/ -80°C 避反复冻融。(RUO,仅限科研/非临床用途)
埃博拉病毒归类于丝状病毒科,为单股负链 RNA 病毒,其中扎伊尔型(ZEBOV)致死率最高(可 >50%),苏丹型(SEBOV)亦具高致病性。人际传播以接触患者/死者血液、体液及污染物为主,早期表现为高热、肌痛、胃肠症状,重症进展为血管内皮损伤、凝血障碍、多器官衰竭及出血。病毒表面 GP(GP1,2)三聚体刺突通过 GP1 结合宿主受体(如 NPC1 通路)、GP2 介导膜融合完成入侵,同时 GP 还可下调整合素表达、扰乱免疫监视,是中和抗体、抗病毒药物及疫苗的核心靶点。Iv0198 能同时覆盖 ZEBOV 与 SEBOV 两种 GP,适合用于跨毒株血清学检测、流式分型、中和效价评估及体内保护实验的方法搭建与对照设置。
