产品介绍：Anti-HBV-D HBcAg/HBeAg Recombinant Antibody (E13#)（VK762013） 是艾必赛生物（abinScience）推出的人源单克隆抗体（人 IgG1，克隆号 E13#），靶向 D 基因型乙型肝炎病毒（HBV-D）的核衣壳蛋白/核心抗原 HBcAg（亦识别 HBeAg），可作为 HBV 血清学、病毒学及 SPR 结合研究的检测与参照工具。该抗体经 Protein A/G 纯化，纯度 >95%（SDS-PAGE），以液体形式保存在 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 中；短期 4°C（1–2 周），长期建议 -20°C（≤12 个月）/ -80°C 避反复冻融使用。推荐稀释比例：ELISA 1:2000–1:20000。（RUO，仅限科研/非临床用途）

乙型肝炎病毒 D 基因型（HBV-D） 是 HBV 主要基因型之一，全球分布广泛，与乙肝慢性化、肝硬化及肝癌进展密切相关。其 HBcAg 为 ~21 kDa 核心蛋白，可自组装成 T=4（240 拷贝）或 T=3（180 拷贝）二十面体核衣壳，包裹 pgRNA 与 DNA 聚合酶，经微管转运至核孔复合体后进入细胞核完成 cccDNA 的建立；HBeAg 则由 pre-C 区编码、由 HBcAg 前体重排分泌，作为免疫调节与血清学标志物。HBcAg/HBeAg 是 HBV 诊断（ELISA/CLIA）、病毒装配机制研究、抗病毒药物筛选及 SPR 亲和力表征的核心靶标，E13# 以高纯度重组单抗形式提供，适用于 ELISA、SPR 等方法搭建，是 HBV-D 相关研究配套的科研级抗体试剂。
