一、介绍描述:

流行性乙型脑炎病毒(Japanese Encephalitis Virus/JEV)简称乙脑病毒(JEV)是一种属于黄病毒家族的病毒,是日本脑炎血清复合体的一部分,由9种基因和抗原相关的病毒组成,其中一些在马身上特别严重,以及四种已知会感染人类的病毒,包括西尼罗河病毒。这种包膜病毒与西尼罗河病毒和圣路易斯脑炎病毒密切相关。正义单链RNA基因组被包裹在衣壳蛋白形成的衣壳内。外包膜由包膜蛋白(E)形成,是保护性抗原。它帮助病毒进入细胞。基因组也编码一些非结构蛋白(NS1NS2aNS2bNS3N4aNS4bNS5)NS1是分泌型的,NS3是假定的解旋酶,NS5是病毒RNA聚合酶。已经注意到乙脑病毒感染内质网腔,并迅速积累大量的病毒蛋白。abinscience产品具有亲和力高,灵敏度高,特异性好,稳定性强等优势。
